Acceptance of Parlay Khelo Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Parlay Khelo ("Platform", "we", "Parlay Khelo"). By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the Parlay Khelo platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Parlay Khelo platform and close your account if you have already registered. Continued use of the Parlay Khelo platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

User Eligibility

To register and use Parlay Khelo's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Parlay Khelo does not permit the use of its platform by underage individuals under any circumstances.
• You are an individual residing in or accessing from a region permitted by Parlay Khelo to use this service.
• You are using your own legally obtained personal funds for all gambling activities on Parlay Khelo.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list applied to any gambling operator.
• The name, personal information, and payment details you provide to Parlay Khelo are accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or conducting financial transactions on Parlay Khelo.

Registration & Account Management

Registering with Parlay Khelo is quick and straightforward. However, there are a few important things you should be aware of:

• One account only: Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on Parlay Khelo at any time. Registering a second, third, or additional account is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Accurate information required: You are required to provide your full name, phone number, date of birth, and other accurate personal details during registration. Parlay Khelo reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for the security of your Parlay Khelo account login credentials. Parlay Khelo will not be held liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
• Account activity: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.

Parlay Khelo uses two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. We recommend enabling this feature in your account settings.

Deposit & Payment

Parlay Khelo accepts deposits via approved and authorised Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• GrabPay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• Boost – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• ShopeePay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• DuitNow – instant deposit or within 5 minutes
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, AmBank, and others) – deposits processed within 5–15 minutes depending on your bank

Parlay Khelo does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges subject to their terms of service.

Withdrawals

Parlay Khelo is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the stipulated timeframe. The following are the terms and procedures for withdrawals on Parlay Khelo:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your original deposit.
• Parlay Khelo reserves the right to require full identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per day.
• Standard processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the payment method and system load.
• Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX take between 30 minutes and 4 hours during normal business hours.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Parlay Khelo offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions to our members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn as cash.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to RM888 for new members. Subject to a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount within 30 days.
• Daily Cashback: Credited automatically every morning, with no wagering requirement on cashback amounts up to RM200.
• Reload Bonus: Periodic offers with wagering requirements of 15x–30x, subject to current promotional terms.
• Sports Accumulator Bonus: An additional 10%–25% bonus on parlays of 4 matches or more at Parlay Khelo. No additional wagering requirements.

Parlay Khelo reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional system abuse, including hedging bets to artificially meet wagering requirements.

Game Rules

All games available on Parlay Khelo — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, sic bo, Dragon Tiger, Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF World Tour badminton, Mobile Legends esports, virtual sports, and more — are conducted in accordance with each game's specific rules.

• The outcome of all casino games using an RNG (Random Number Generator) is final and not subject to appeal. Parlay Khelo's RNG has been independently certified to ensure fairness.
• For live dealer games, the outcome announced by the dealer is final. In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, Parlay Khelo will refer to the video recording to determine the correct result.
• For Sports Betting, the official results from the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine bet outcomes. Parlay Khelo uses recognised and reliable sports data sources.
• In the event of a serious technical disruption that affects the integrity of a game, Parlay Khelo reserves the right to void the relevant round or match and refund all wagers to players.

Prohibitions & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Parlay Khelo platform and may result in permanent account closure as well as legal action:

• Using automated software (bots), artificial intelligence, or any third-party tools to play or place bets on Parlay Khelo.
• Colluding with other players in a way that compromises the integrity of the game.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities within Parlay Khelo to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through Parlay Khelo — including depositing illicit funds and withdrawing them as "winnings".
• Providing false information or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process.
• Any form of fraud or manipulation of the Parlay Khelo payment system.
• Transferring your account balance to another user without prior written consent from Parlay Khelo.

Account Suspension & Closure

Parlay Khelo reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Parlay Khelo Terms & Conditions.
• The user does not meet the eligibility criteria set out by Parlay Khelo (including age restrictions).
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe stipulated by Parlay Khelo.
• A user's own request to close their account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, any balance determined to be legitimate will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete. However, balances linked to fraudulent activity or violations will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

Parlay Khelo takes our social responsibility seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your Parlay Khelo account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a defined period to prevent excessive losses.
• Time-Out: Request a temporary break from Parlay Khelo for a period of 24 hours, one week, or one month.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close your Parlay Khelo account for a minimum period of six months.

Intellectual Property Rights

• You may not copy, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Parlay Khelo content without prior written permission.
• The name "Parlay Khelo" and all associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the Parlay Khelo platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Parlay Khelo Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Parlay Khelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Parlay Khelo's total maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Parlay Khelo account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Parlay Khelo reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes to the terms take effect immediately upon being published on the Parlay Khelo website.

Parlay Khelo will endeavour to notify you of material changes to the Terms via a notice on the website or by email to your registered address. However, it remains your responsibility as a Parlay Khelo user to review the Terms periodically.
